Do you provide vacation pay to your consultants?
RightStaff consultants are not eligible for vacation pay.

Do you provide holiday pay?
RightStaff consultants are not eligible for holiday pay.

Do you offer an insurance plan to your consultants?
Several options for comprehensive medical insurance are available. Contact a staffing consultant for details.

Do you provide background checks and drug testing?
All of RightStaff's consultants are drug tested. We also conduct state and federal criminal background checks.

Do you verify employment and education?
We have the ability to verify employment and degrees.

Do you provide survey forms for clients to evaluate consultants?
RightStaff provides an online feedback and comments section on a monthly basis. Our account managers contact our managers weekly to discuss the quality of the consultants as well as RightStaff's commitment to service.
