Shelley Amason - President/CEO and founder

Shelley Amason has over 25 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition and consulting services, including personal production in business development and management.

Shelley started her career in the staffing field in 1996, working for Staffing Edge before she founded RightStaff, Inc. in 1998.

As the President/CEO and founder of RightStaff, Inc., a nationwide professional services and staffing solutions firm, Shelley believes that a unique process and approach to staffing has enabled RightStaff to provide services that far exceed its competitors in the areas of resource qualification, delivery, and performance measurement.  “We hire people who share our core values –positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, passion, persistence, work ethic and integrity.”

RightStaff offers a full range of services, including recruitment, project management, rollouts, project deployment, staffing, consulting services and direct-hire placement.
