• Manage the triage process
• Onsite-Offshore coordination
• Review Incident Backlog
• Identify and manage delivery of service delivery improvements
• Review and manage the SRs with Oracle
• Capacity and Demand Review
• Define and execute governance, processes and reporting
• Responsible for quality of the work products
• Manage overall AMS team
• Manages contractual relationship (e.g., scope, pricing, change orders)
• Acts as liaison between the Application Management team and executive committee.
• Manages the relationship with Product Vendors, and escalates issues with the Vendor as needed
