Our client in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Front Desk Administrator who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support as the primary point of contact for the organization. Duties include managing the front desk, processing accounts payable and receivable, distributing incoming mail, and handling all incoming phone calls.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the front desk area, including maintaining organization and cleanliness
- Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, record-keeping, and communicating with vendors and customers
- Sort, date stamp, and distribute all incoming mail and packages
- Answer, screen, and direct all incoming phone calls
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including copying, faxing, filing, etc.
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in a construction or related industry
- Proficient in accounts payable/receivable processes and procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using standard office equipment and software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
