13002 Human Resources Generalist

Our client in Southlake, Texas is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic HR Generalist who is eager to make a significant impact on their growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and training coordination.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new employees, answering questions and providing support to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements.
  • Stay informed about current trends and best practices in recruitment and onboarding, making recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding
  • ADP WFN experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software applications preferred.
