Our client in Richardson, Texas is seeking a Director of IT and Procurement who will take a leadership role in shaping strategy, driving operational efficiencies, and executing transformative initiatives.
Our client is transitioning toward becoming an AI-centric organization. Currently, Hatch is implemented in 28 of their locations, contributing to 21% of their overall sales. To advance further, robust governance must be established as the organization pivots from AI Connex AI to its next phase of evolution.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in propelling the business forward by overseeing strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. You will directly manage 5 reports while also overseeing 57 employees from an IT outsourcing firm.
This is a hybrid role, with Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday in the office.
