13122 Change Management Lead

Our client in Plano, Texas is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead who will design and execute the enterprise change strategy required to drive successful adoption of the Origination Systems Modernization (OSM) program across internal teams, Dealers, and external partners.  This is a remote role that may become hybrid.

This role ensures that people, process, and behavioral impacts are proactively addressed so the program delivers intended business outcomes, minimizes disruption to dealer operations, and enables sustained adoption of new origination processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategy aligned to the OSM roadmap
  • Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments across internal teams and Dealers
  • Integrate change management activities into program governance, release cycles, and milestone planning

Dealer-Focused Change Enablement

  • Design and execute a tailored Dealer change enablement approach
  • Partner closely with Dealer Operations, Sales, and Support teams to align field execution
  • Ensure communications and training are practical, role-based, and operationally relevant
  • Proactively identify and mitigate Dealer resistance risks

Leadership & Sponsorship Enablement

  • Drive visible, active, and sustained executive sponsorship
  • Equip leaders and managers with tools to effectively lead their teams through change
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership on adoption risks and mitigation strategies

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies for internal teams and Dealers
  • Ensure clear messaging on the “why,” “what,” and “when” of OSM changes
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to capture sentiment, concerns, and adoption barriers

Training & Readiness

  • Define and lead the overall OSM training and enablement strategy
  • Ensure Dealer readiness ahead of go-live and major releases
  • Validate readiness of managers, frontline teams, and Dealers through structured assessments

Adoption, Measurement & Sustainment

  • Establish and track adoption, readiness, and proficiency metrics
  • Provide regular reporting to OSM governance and executive stakeholders
  • Support transition from program delivery to sustained business ownership

Success Measures

  • Strong adoption and readiness across internal teams and Dealers
  • Minimal operational disruption during transition
  • Sustainable integration of new origination systems and processes
  • Measurable achievement of intended business outcomes
