12829 Implementation Developer

Our client, a technology leader in healthcare process automation and interoperability n Dallas, Texas is seeking an Implementation Developer to join their team. 

Job Accountabilities 

  • Oversee implementations and projects. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Client Communication
      • Gathering and refinement of project requirements 
      • Consulting client regarding potential project/process improvements  
      • Managing of meetings, including recording and distribution of meeting notes 
      • Distribution of testing and technical production monitoring results 
    • Project Development
      • Facilitating coding and testing with Support and Monitoring Engineers 
      • Documenting updates, testing, and technical production monitoring plans 
      • Drafting internal and client-facing descriptions and diagrams of workflow processes 
    • Project Management and Leadership
      • Identifying and assigning of development and project tasks 
      • Managing and prioritizing development tasks 
      • Consulting with developers regarding development tests  
      • Contributing to drafting of testing processes that include client signoff 
  • Identify and specify new features in response to client requirements
  • Work proactively with a team to address client issues
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

  • High customer satisfaction per customer surveys 
  • Implementations and projects completed within schedule 
  • Clean implementations and projects that include minimal ongoing support and problem resolution resources 

What they’re looking for:

Required skills: 

  • 1+ years of programming and implementation 
  • 2-4 year degree in computer science or equivalent degree 
  • Highly organized and disciplined 
  • Business analysis 
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows 
  • Ability to understand process workflows, analyze, and identify improvements 
  • Strong writing skills, particularly for process documentation and communication 
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written policies, procedures, and directions 
  • Disciplined in prompt communication responsiveness  
  • Communication and reporting style that emphasizes simplicity and elimination of noise in favor of substantive and actionable data 
  • Action orientation and ability to consistently complete assigned tasks on time
