Our client in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an SAP Solutions Architect who will have the following key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4 solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions.
- Develop and maintain the overall SAP S/4 architecture, including integration with other systems and applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Conduct system assessments and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and testing of SAP S/4 modules.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP S/4 implementation and operation.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP solution architecture, with a focus on SAP S/4.
- Proven track record of successfully leading SAP S/4 implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales & Distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with SAP integration technologies and middleware.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the foodservice distribution sector is a plus.
- SAP certification(s) preferred.
