Our client in Plano, Texas is seeking an ITDR Monitoring and Reporting Engineer to perform the following duties:
• Monitor, alert, and report on the health, performance, and security of IAM systems.
• Provide actionable insights through detailed reporting and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
Deliverables:
• Documentation of IAM monitoring, alerting and reporting requirements.
• Implementation of IAM monitoring, alerting and reporting on all IAM platforms.
• Regular reports on IAM system performance, usage, and security metrics.
• Dashboards and visualizations for IAM real-time monitoring.
• Compliance and audit reports as required by regulatory bodies.
Skills & Experiences:
• Strong experience with IAM systems (Azure AD, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, OKTA, SailPoint)
• Experience with public cloud providers such as Azure, AWS.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and visualization tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Power BI, PowerShell, Tableau, AWS Athena, Splunk).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC) are a plus.
