Our client is seeking consultants who possess the following experience and skills:
Experience:
- Minimum of 7, but preferably 7-10 FCC projects in your experience.
- At least 3 end-to-end FCCS implementations is a must-have.
- 8+ years EPM experience.
- Hands-on experience with ownership management, equity pick-up, custom rules, cashflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with intercompany eliminations, Supplemental Data Manager and Close Manager.
- Experience in Implementation of EPM cloud with strong Application Development process, experience on FCCS/HFM and good knowledge on consolidation process.
Skills:
- Can lead design sessions, have architecture conversations, and train end-users
- Can also do hands-on implementation work – configure applications, write logic, lead team of developers
- Able to drive business workshops, conduct design sessions, create key design decisions docs, and manage both functional as well as technical discussions with client
- Strong functional knowledge of the month-end close and consolidation process and/or FP&A processes, accounting standards, reporting requirements of a typical CFO function
- Desired functional knowledge (Understand of Income statement, Balance Sheet, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statements)
- Responsible for providing expertise in implementing industry best practices and customizing the Oracle FCCS application as per client requirements to enable business processes.
- Provide expertise in FCCS application configurations as per business requirements; guide technical team to complete system integrations as per business requirements; conduct system integration testing sessions, user acceptance testing, and plan/execute UAT/Product migrations
