Our client in Plano, Texas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within their financial and insurance sectors, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, insurance, IT, and customer service, to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status, updates, and any issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the financial and/or insurance sectors, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
