Our client in Acton, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee multiple workstreams in an Agile methodology. The primary focus will be on addressing current architecture issues that require application reconfigurations within Oracle Fusion modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Costing, Project Billing, Core Finance, Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects with inbound and outbound integrations and possess strong leadership skills to drive outcome and delivery-oriented results.

Key Responsibilities:
· Project Management: Lead and manage multiple workstreams related to fixing current architecture issues and reconfiguring Oracle Fusion applications. Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
· Implement and promote Agile practices to ensure iterative development, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration among team members.
· Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
· Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
· Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business requirements.
· Oversee projects with complex inbound and outbound integrations, ensuring seamless integration between Oracle Fusion modules and other systems.
· Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and management, providing regular project updates and status reports.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree, PMP or other equivalent certifications.
· Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion implementations. Experience managing Oracle Fusion PPM, Project Costing, Project Billing, Core Finance, AP, GL, AR, CM, and FA modules is required.
· Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
· Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and complex integration projects.
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple workstreams, and drive successful project outcomes.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges and develop effective solutions.
