13027 Oracle Sales Cloud Lead Consultant

Our client in Acton, Massachusetts is seeking am Oracle Sales Cloud Lead Consultant.  In this role you will:


Drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of Oracle Sales Cloud solutions with Partner Relationship Management module

  • Be recognized as Techno/Functional expert in Oracle Sales Cloud and PRM and interdependent Oracle CX Applications, including but not limited to Oracle CPQ, Oracle SM, Oracle CDM.
  • Configure and Implement OTBI & BI Publisher reports to provide actionable insights for sales teams.
    Develop custom dashboards and reports for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more areas of consulting technology.
  • Perform hands-on technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks that span across Oracle CRM and PRM toolset
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and meet business requirements. Identify and document technical gaps.
  • Liaise between technical, functional, business and system integrator teams.
  • Conduct solution architecture reviews to Guide technical team to deliver high quality solutions.
  • Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams and Manage task assignments within the teams. Monitor and drive issues to resolution.
  • Collaborate with large clients or internal stakeholders to assess their needs and challenges and provide expert recommendations and solutions. Lead major client engagements and oversee project portfolios.
  • Lead and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and that they meet quality standards.
  • Provide direct and indirect mentorship and guidance to other teams and consultants, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in systems and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and innovations and assess their relevance to the organization.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
  • MBA, relevant master’s degree or PhD (technical accounting, management system, Business Admin, etc.) expected.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 8 to 10 years of consulting or industry experience.
  • 4+ years in leading Oracle Sales Cloud and PRM  in a project setting, integrating with Oracle CPQ, Oracle ERP.
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle PRM module, including Enrollment, Channel partners management, Program and MDF and claims
  • Experience with Partner Portal and Registration, onboard, and manage various types of channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents. 
  • Channel partner management – managing same opportunity across multiple partners, program configuration, MDF.
  • Ability to configure CRM and PRM so that Sales reps and partners opportunities do not overlap. Data segregation on Sales and Partner opportunities
  • MDF budgets and requests approval management – multiple level approvals, parallel approvals flows and Claims against MDF and settlement
  • Extensive experience in consulting or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technologies and relevant systems.
  • Leading and managing different projects
  • Up to date understanding of latest releases and functionality for Oracle Sales Cloud
  • Preferred experience in integration with Oracle CPQ, Oracle ERP, Oracle Subscription Management and Marketing Cloud
  • Preferred experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.

  • Strategic Leadership: Thought leadership for projects and require visionary leadership skills.
  • Client Management: Managing key client accounts and relationships at a high level is critical. Familiarity with different operating systems and software applications.
  • Industry Reputation: Building and maintaining a strong industry reputation and network are important.
  • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing significant business growth opportunities is a core responsibility.
