Our client in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in the metroplex area. This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office work on Tuesday through Thursday, with Monday and Friday designated as work-from-home days. The role includes a rotating on-call shift (1 week on, every 3 weeks).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Office, Active Directory (on-prem), Power Apps, Power Automate, Meraki, ERP systems, iOS devices, and printer configuration.
- Collaborate with team members and end-users to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive, customer-focused service desk experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Office, Active Directory (on-prem), Power Apps, Power Automate, Meraki, ERP systems, iOS, and printer configuration.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Experience with SQL databases, cybersecurity, PowerShell, router/switch configuration, and network/SSID configuration.
Qualifications:
- This is a Tech 1-level service desk position, ideal for candidates early in their career or just starting out.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high regard for customer service are critical.
- The ideal candidate should be sharp, quick to learn, and demonstrate the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
