Our client in Irving, Texas is seeking a Technical Operations Manager. 

The Technical Operations Manager leads a team of operational technical professionals responsible for supporting approximately 800 store locations. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with project management responsibilities, including oversight of technology initiatives and support for new store acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of eight operational technical resources.
• Oversee technical operations and support across 800 stores, ensuring stability and efficient issue resolution.
• Manage and coordinate projects related to store systems, new store openings, and business growth initiatives.
• Track KPIs and project milestones; PMP certification is preferred.
• Provide advanced technical support and contribute to the engineering of new operational solutions.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of Windows Server, MS SQL, and Windows 10/11 environments
