Our client in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Client Operations Analyst to join a growing organization that supports the financial and investment needs of ultra-high-net-worth families, business owners, and entrepreneurs. This is a full-time, onsite role reporting to the Manager of Client Operations and plays a key part in supporting client service, operational accuracy, and advisor workflows.
Role Overview
Client Operations Analysts are integral to the daily operations of the Client Operations and Client Service teams. This role ensures the smooth, timely, and accurate execution of client transactions and account maintenance while delivering a high level of service to clients and internal stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with advisors, custodians, and internal teams to manage account-related requests, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute client transactions, including cash movements, wires, ACH transfers, account openings, and account maintenance
- Monitor, reconcile, and track transactions to ensure accuracy and timely completion
- Maintain and update client records across CRM and custodian platforms
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding operational and account-related inquiries
- Provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders on deliverables and transaction status
- Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting special projects as needed
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
Required Education, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services preferred (operations, onboarding, or client service)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive, professional demeanor
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
- Excellent work references required (preferably from former direct supervisors)
- Must successfully pass a background check and credit review
- Ability to consistently demonstrate the firm’s core values
