Our client in Plano, Texas is seeking a highly driven, proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support a senior executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support—you will act as the operational backbone and connective tissue of the organization, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and execution across internal teams, dealers, and OEM partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage the executive’s calendar, email, meetings, and daily priorities with precision and foresight
- Proactive Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of coordination with dealers and external partners, maintaining strong, professional relationships
- Operational Facilitation: Coordinate platform-related activities, dealer needs, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth execution
- Communication Hub: Drive clear, consistent communication across teams; anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
- Organizational Glue: Act as the connective link between internal teams, leadership, dealers, and OEM partners
- Trusted Right Hand: Take full ownership of day-to-day execution so the executive can stay focused on strategic priorities
