Our client in Plano, Texas is seeking a highly strategic and technically advanced Senior HubSpot Expert / Senior HubSpot Consultant to lead the design, optimization, and long-term scalability of our HubSpot ecosystem.
This role functions as both a systems architect and strategic advisor, partnering with executive leadership to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on HubSpot expertise, strong RevOps experience, and a consulting mindset—able to assess business needs, architect solutions, and deliver measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Consulting & Advisory
- Conduct full HubSpot audits and deliver actionable optimization roadmaps.
- Advise executive leadership on CRM, automation, and revenue strategy.
- Translate business goals into scalable HubSpot solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify operational gaps.
- Develop 30-60-90 day transformation plans.
- Provide change management guidance during system transitions.
2. CRM Architecture & Governance
- Design scalable CRM architecture (custom objects, properties, pipelines).
- Implement governance frameworks and documentation standards.
- Oversee data migrations, restructures, and clean-up initiatives.
- Establish lifecycle stage definitions and alignment across teams.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance best practices.
3. Revenue Operations (RevOps) Leadership
- Align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success processes within HubSpot.
- Optimize MQL ? SQL ? Closed-Won workflows.
- Improve pipeline velocity and forecasting accuracy.
- Design compensation tracking and performance dashboards.
- Reduce friction in cross-department handoffs.
4. Advanced Marketing Automation
- Architect complex, multi-branch automation workflows.
- Build advanced lead scoring models (behavioral, engagement, firmographic).
- Optimize email marketing, segmentation, and personalization.
- Implement multi-touch attribution models.
- Improve conversion rates across the funnel.
5. Sales & Service Enablement
- Optimize deal pipelines and automation triggers.
- Implement automated task creation and SLA monitoring.
- Build service ticket workflows and customer onboarding journeys.
- Develop playbooks and enablement documentation.
6. Integrations & Technical Implementation
- Lead complex integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify, Stripe, custom APIs).
- Manage middleware platforms (Zapier, Make, webhooks).
- Oversee CMS Hub customization and reporting infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot automation conflicts and performance issues.
7. Reporting & Executive Analytics
- Build executive-level dashboards focused on revenue KPIs.
- Analyze CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and ROI.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly business performance reports.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
8. Training & Mentorship
- Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices.
- Develop internal SOPs and process documentation.
- Mentor junior HubSpot administrators or marketing ops team members.
- Serve as primary point of contact for external agencies or partners.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of advanced HubSpot experience (multi-hub preferred).
- 7+ years in CRM, marketing automation, or Revenue Operations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale HubSpot implementations or optimizations.
- Strong experience in consulting, stakeholder management, or client-facing roles.
- Deep knowledge of automation logic, reporting, and data modeling.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations.
- Strong executive communication skills.
