- Work closely with customers to develop appropriate solutions for enhancements in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing and training business users.
- Provide Managed Services support, resolving complex incidents and addressing root causes.
- Help customers with Patching / Upgrades activities
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
- 10+ Years of Functional experience in PeopleSoft HCM Modules
- Extensive Experience in North American Payroll
- Experience with interfacing with Kronos for Time and Labor
- Ability to work independently and manage support work (Break-Fix / Enhancements) for multiple customers.
- Help customers in developing solutions, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, functional configuration, testing and training for business users
- Assist customers with Quarterly Patching / Tax Updates / ADP Patching / Upgrades, performing impact analysis and explaining the new features
- PeopleSoft HCM certification(s) preferred
- Work closely with technical resources, developers, customers and partners as applicable
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation of design workshops to clients
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
