Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle OPM Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Process Manufacturing operations for a client in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle OPM modules, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle OPM functional activities including configuration, implementation, enhancements, and production support.
- Work directly with business users to gather requirements, analyze manufacturing processes, and translate needs into functional solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle OPM modules including:
- OPM Inventory
- Process Execution
- Product Development
- Process Manufacturing
- OPM Quality
- OPM Financials
- Support integrations with Oracle Inventory, WIP, BOM, Supply Chain, and Financial modules.
- Develop and document business processes, functional specifications, testing scripts, and training materials.
- Participate in system testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with technical developers on customizations, interfaces, reports, and data conversions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues in a timely manner.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices within Oracle manufacturing environments.
- Support implementation lifecycle activities including design, configuration, deployment, and post-production support.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS OPM functional consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Process Manufacturing business processes and workflows.
- Experience with:
- Formulas and Recipes
- Ingredient Picking Workbench
- Production Scheduler Workbench
- Cost rollups and costing methods
- Batch processing and manufacturing operations
- Experience supporting full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory management processes.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing or Oracle Fusion applications.
- Industry experience in food & beverage, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing environments.
- Basic technical knowledge including SQL, PL/SQL, and reporting tools.
- Oracle certifications in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or OPM modules are a plus.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
