13139 Payroll Specialist

Our client in Grand Prairies, Texas is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team.  This role will be responsible for processing and managing payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment for all employees. The Payroll Specialist will work closely with HR and Finance and will report under the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and on schedule using Paycom.
Input, verify, and maintain payroll data within the payroll system.
Utilize Q360 (internal system) to access and manage relevant employee and compensation data.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies or inquiries.
Support audits and reporting requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous payroll processing experience preferred.
Experience with Paycom (or similar payroll systems) required.
Familiarity with Q360 or similar internal data systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
