Our client in Plano, Texas is seeking a Product Marketing Engineer – Isolation Solutions

  • Isolation products are a key strategic growth area within the Power Management Division.
  • Driving isolation-based solutions across AI server, automotive EV, industrial, and telecom power applications.
  • Bridges technical engineering expertise with market intelligence to achieve revenue growth targets and increase market share in the U.S.
  • Engages key customers to drive design-in activities and secure design wins across the U.S. market.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Implement go-to-market strategies in the U.S. to achieve isolation revenue growth objectives.
  • Engage directly with customers, channel partners, field application engineers (FAEs), and sales teams to promote isolation products and gather application requirements.
  • Develop regional opportunities and build strong value propositions for isolation solutions at target accounts.
  • Track design opportunities and secure design-ins and design wins.
  • Support RFIs, pricing strategies, and product planning activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and manufacturing.
  • Support new product launches and marketing campaigns through the development of marketing collateral.

Required Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience driving design-in activities for semiconductor products.
  • Technical knowledge in AI server, automotive, industrial, and telecom power applications.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong competitive analysis and market awareness capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Relevant experience in product marketing, business development, or related functional areas.
  • Strong ability to combine technical expertise with commercial strategy.
  • Experience in market analysis, business case development, and competitive positioning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with digital isolators, gate drivers, or industrial/automotive power systems.
  • Experience engaging with international customers.
  • English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus.
