Our client in Richardson, Texas is seeking a seasoned HR professional with strong tenure and proven stability. This is not a stepping-stone role or part of a career ladder — we are looking for someone who wants to be the HR leader and long-term steady hand for the organization.
The ideal candidate is not actively “job hopping,” but rather someone established in their career who values consistency, structure, and ownership. This could be an experienced HR Manager who has successfully held their role for 3–4+ years and is looking for a long-term home, or even a former VP-level professional seeking a more stable, hands-on, compliance-focused position.
Role Overview
This position is heavily focused on HR compliance and administration, not talent acquisition or high-level strategy. The core responsibilities include:
- Ensuring full HR compliance across a 24/7, 365-day operation
- Managing employment law adherence and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing visa processes (H-1B and other employment-based visas)
- Building and maintaining structured performance review processes
- Serving as the certified HR authority for the organization
- Supporting operational leadership on HR-related compliance matters
This is not a strategic HR architect role. Aside from compliance and performance management structure, there is limited involvement in broader HR strategy or recruiting initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- SHRM-certified (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or equivalent senior HR certification required
- Certified HR professional with strong compliance expertise
- Experience managing visa programs (H-1B and related categories)
- Bilingual preferred
- Comfortable in a conservative, structured work environment
- Appreciates stability and long-term contribution over rapid upward mobility
- Confident operating independently as the HR authority
Compensation & Work Environment
- Salary up to $150,000 (depending on experience)
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Conservative, stable company culture
- Operates 24/7/365
- Standard holidays with flexibility to include July 4th and Thanksgiving
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR professional seeking a stable landing spot where they can apply their expertise, maintain compliance excellence, and serve as the trusted HR leader for the organization long term.
