13157 HR Business Partner

Our client in Richardson, Texas is seeking an HR Business Partner.   The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to business leaders, managers, and employees. This role is focused on supporting day-to-day business operations through strong employee relations, HR process improvement, performance management support, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

This position requires a highly communicative, business-focused HR professional who can build strong relationships, provide practical HR guidance, and support a positive workplace culture. The HR Business Partner will be onsite 5 days per week in Richardson, Texas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, managers, and employees.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, workplace concerns, and employee grievances.
  • Partner with managers on performance management, coaching, corrective action, performance reviews, and employee development.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience and smooth transitions.
  • Help implement and streamline HR processes that align with business needs and organizational goals.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that improve morale, retention, culture, and team collaboration.
  • Support managers and employees in understanding and applying HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, employment laws, workplace safety requirements, and HR documentation standards.
  • Conduct employee check-ins and provide HR support to help address concerns, improve communication, and reduce turnover.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and employee integration activities.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, licensure documentation, and related compliance materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce trends, employee concerns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Support internal communication efforts, including HR resources, intranet content, announcements, and employee updates.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, surveys, and workplace events that strengthen team cohesion.
  • Act as a resource for managers and employees on HR programs, benefits, policies, and workplace expectations.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health Systems Management, or a related field preferred.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Human Resource Management is a plus.
  • 6+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, HR compliance, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment best practices.
  • Certifications are a plus.
