Our client in Plano, Texas is seeking an Entry Level IT / Customer Support Specialist to provide first-line support to customers and internal users. This role focuses on handling incoming support requests, resolving basic technical issues, and assisting dealership users with questions related to system access and usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer service intake requests
- Respond to and resolve basic technical issues, including password and login problems
- Answer questions from dealership users regarding platform access and functionality
- Triage support tickets and escalate issues to appropriate technical teams when needed
- Document issues, resolutions, and user interactions clearly and accurately
- Provide courteous, professional support to ensure a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of IT support or customer service concepts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple access and password issues
- Comfortable working with users who may have varying levels of technical knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or technical support
