12875 Technical Program Manager – Hybrid

Our client in Southlake, Texas is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Hybrid) to work on-site 4 days per week, with one day remote. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing both existing and new customer programs. This position involves managing engineering services throughout the entire development lifecycle—from industrialization to production and ongoing lifecycle management—ensuring the delivery of optimal technical solutions.  The TPM serves as the primary liaison among the Customer Organization, Industrial teams, Testing, and Quality Engineering, effectively managing product costs, timelines, technical feasibility, and quality risks.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on delivery targets and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand customers’ technical requirements, assess production feasibility, and develop tailored recommendations and solutions for clients.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and review comprehensive production cost analyses based on MPC and PPC results.
  • Support the Customer Organization in the creation of customer proposals and quotations.
  • Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) and coordinate process setups with internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously enhance processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, maximize profitability, and uphold high-quality standards.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Extensive knowledge of the production processes for electronic, precision mechanical, and electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within an electronics environment is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach, strong project management, and leadership abilities.
  • In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of contract manufacturing processes in the electronics sector.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Solid industrialization expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
